The Team
Ian Stillie – Chairman
Company Chairman with specialist skills in developing national and international operations with targeted growth plans. Ian started life in the mining industry when leaving school and spent his early career mining gold in South Africa. He has strong financial, operational, sales and marketing skills and the entrepreneurial drive to build and grow organisations. He has a network of contacts in all areas of business, sport and public life. He is a Fellow of both the Royal Society of Arts and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and also a member of the Institute of Energy
Colette Brown – Finance Director
The company’s financial management is led by Colette Brown a Chartered Accountant by profession. Her key skills are to operate at the frontline of corporate activity; managing cash flow and its operational impact throughout the business. Colette also has experience of employment law and HR management. A strong communicator with all stakeholders and an innovative approach to problem solving.
Geoff Strachan – Manufacturing Director
Geoff is an expert in lean manufacturing, supply chain management and logistics. With over twenty years’ experience in manufacturing and operational improvement he is integral to the enhanced performance of the company. Key skills areas are lean manufacturing techniques, operational improvement, change management, cost reduction and new product introductions.
John Moran – Non Executive Director
As a non-executive director John brings a wealth of corporate advisory experience from a career in the accountancy profession and banking over the last twenty years. He specialises in providing corporate finance advice, ensuring the company’s financial structure delivers the growth plans which will see Quatraflow become a global player in the water industry.
